When I was a kid, life instilled in me a desire to be creative and to have a voice.
I've always been visual, so I speak in images.

The art that I produce lies somewhere between portraiture, still-life, and illustration.
Lighting, form, & simplicity of content combined with a decisive tripping of the shutter are key elements in my style.

My vision has been influenced by Henri-Cartier Bresson, Richard Avedon, Paul Strand, and my life experiences. Capture the subject and pay attention to the "elusive" moments .

I hope my images speak  to you.

I'm an active artist with the Plain Street Artists / 4th Floor Artists, Inc.,
a group of 100+ artists working in a Rockland warehouse.
4th Floor Artists' Open Studios is generally on the weekend prior to Thanksgiving.
